- Develop safe ATV routes and trails
- Stimulate and strengthen the community
- Promote a positive image
- Encourage safe, social, and fun family activities
- Support trails
- Advocate and conduct DNR safety training
- Organize group trails rides
- Assist authorities and law enforcement as needed in an emergency
- Share information
